Review: We are having so much difficulty in getting Ryland Warranty department fulfill their obligation. This house is under warranty, and there are a number of issues with the house but the most important one, because we are in violation of the neighborhood covenant, is the poorest quality of sodding they installed. We continue to receive violation letter, and Ryland continues to ignore the most absolutely poor job their landscaper has done the second time as well. Ryland Warranty department keep ignoring our request to take care of the yard. At first, they decided to replace the sodding of all the yards of the houses on our street, except ours. We had the same issue and for some strange reason, they sent an email to us saying that our yard will be treated differently. Differently because they decided that they are going to continue to "beat the dead horse." Somehow, they were going to force the rotten sodding to survive. I immediately contacted the corporate office and only then the warranty department said that they will replace the sodding. They replaced only a few spots and now the yard looks even uglier than before. The sodding of the front and one side of the house need to be replaced completely. Their remediation is not working. Ryland installed the most beautiful sodding on all the neighbors yard and treated our yard like garbage. They dumped the old sodding of my neighbor's yard in my property. They came back per our request and removed what they dumped in my yard. Then, they came back and replaced spots of the dead yard in my property, but no matter how much we water, the yard looks like a chameleon, there are dead spots. We have been receiving letter of violation and we can't give excuse for Ryland. So, please take care of the yard, because this will be followed by many other issues we have, but those complaints will come later when we take care of the yard issue.Desired Settlement: We want Ryland to keep their promise and take care of the yard. Remove and replace the whole sodding in the front and side yard.
