The Safe Place

I scheduled a move with [redacted], the manager of The Safe Place, to relocate my safe in to storage, and then later after my move into my new home, another move from the storage to my home. We had a disagreement about the charge of $350 for a one way move. Later we agreed that the price would include both moves. I called and made arrangements a month ahead of my scheduled to move on 28 October 2014. I gave [redacted] my credit card number to secure the move date, however, my card was charged on 1 October 2014, for move that hadn't happened yet. I called [redacted] and disputed the fact that my card was charged prior to the service. After several disputes and disagreements with this unreputable company, I had the movers that moved my household items move the safe to my storage unit also. I emailed and called The Safe Place on 26 October 2014 to let them know I would not need their services and want a refund for the charge. I called again on 27 October 2014 and spoke with Bob and he told me the charge would be reversed and asked for my credit informationa again. I called again on 3 November 2014, as I had not see a credit on my card yet. In addition, I filed a dispute with [redacted] for a false charge from this company. I origianlly bought my safe from this company and was very satisfied with the service. Since that time, I would never ever recommend that anyone use this business. They are not a reputable company. This company has no integrity whatsoever, and I will make sure the word goes out to all my fellow Soldiers/Airmen on this. I did not authorize the charge prior to the service.
