Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The audit was re-scheduled to March 18, The executed copy of the agreement was not received by me until I requested and received an e-mailed copy from [redacted] on April 1, The scanned copy was very hard to read Once I figured out what the agreement stated I was on the phone immediately with Mr [redacted] and [redacted] *** [redacted] did state she would work with me on an amicable solution She offered to amend the claim immediately on the Alternative Fuel credits because it was not worth amending returns for the small amount of refund After that I was unable to reach [redacted] or [redacted] After leaving many messages for [redacted] the Sales Representative I decided to contact the Revdex.com At that point I was feeling deceived as I did not agree to such uncompetitive terms As I already explained during my meeting with [redacted] the agreement was 40% of the refund There is no refund so we will not pay in advance Once we receive a refund Westinghouse will be glad to remit 40% of the refund received. The only document received on 1/28/is the letter attached [redacted] did not explain the terms nor give me the opportunity to read anything He explained that the agreement I signed was to only allow The Salt Group to do the audit I trusted him and what he told me because I knew of [redacted] from a prior business relationship If [redacted] is an honorable employee of The Salt Group he would acknowledge and agree with what was discussed during our meeting. If we are unable to come to a agreement I will have to turn this over to our legal team There is not a lot of money involved however, it's the principal and yes we are business professionals but a business professional wouldn't hold back company policies or terms when dealing with a new customer This ordeal has left a very sour opinion of The Salt Group and no possibility of future business Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The Salt Group has reviewed by complaints and have not heard me. I did not have every opportunity to review the one page document as previously explained. Their sales representative will confirm that this statement is not a true statement. I guess the Salt Group doesn't value their representatives feedback as well as mine. I will pay according to the terms explained and verbally agreed by Mr*** ***.

I am rejecting this response because:  The audit was re-scheduled to March 18, 2015.  The executed copy of the agreement was not received by me until I requested and received an e-mailed copy from [redacted] on April 1, 2015.  The scanned copy was very...

hard to read.  Once I figured out what the agreement stated I was on the phone immediately with Mr. [redacted] and [redacted].   [redacted] did state she would work with me on an amicable solution.  She offered to amend the claim immediately on the Alternative Fuel credits because it was not worth amending returns for the small amount of refund.  After that I was unable to reach [redacted] or [redacted].  After leaving  many messages for [redacted] the Sales Representative I decided to contact the Revdex.com.  At that point I was feeling deceived as I did not agree to such uncompetitive terms.  As I already explained during my meeting with [redacted] the agreement was 40% of the refund.  There is no refund so we will not pay in advance.  Once we receive a refund Westinghouse will be glad to remit 40% of the refund received. The only document received on 1/28/2015 is the letter attached.  [redacted] did not explain the terms nor give me the opportunity to read anything.  He explained that the agreement I signed was to only allow The Salt Group to do the audit.  I trusted him and what he told me because I knew of [redacted] from a prior business relationship.  If [redacted] is an honorable employee of The Salt Group he would acknowledge and agree with what was discussed during our meeting. If we are unable to come to a agreement I will have to turn this over to our legal team.  There is not a lot of money involved however, it's the principal and yes we are business professionals but a business professional wouldn't hold back company policies or terms when dealing with a new customer.  This ordeal has left a very sour opinion of The Salt Group and no possibility of future business.
