6/20/15Dear [redacted] ,In response to your letter regarding the complaint by [redacted] I am enclosing ALL documents associated with her action for a Credit Card Charge BackAs you can see she contacted the credit card company and we responded on April 13th with the requested supporting documentsOn April 16th we followed up with a letter to the credit card company offering to dismiss the dispute and allow her to keep the $The credit card company had already taken back from our accountWe were simply tired of interacting with [redacted] It seems that after reviewing the documentation the credit card company sided with us (even after receiving out letter to dismiss).Please review the enclosed documents and take a look at our on line reviews [redacted] was never pressured or lied to although I do understand that she feels she wasEvery effort was made to accommodate her while adhering to our posted and stated policies.Make your decision based on her side of the story and oursWe feels we went far beyond what was reasonable to accommodate [redacted] even while she was making (and continues to make) hurtful and incredible statements about us as a businessI may point out that during our almost years in business [redacted] is the only person to have contacted you about us.Feel free to contact me by phone on my cel if you feel it would be helpful [redacted] .Best regards,Jim W
