issue:
Hello [redacted],
I tried to reach you at the office and was told you were out for the week, but I wanted you to have this information upon your return.  I received your inquiry for an account history from our accounting department, so I wanted to reach out to see if we could get this resolved amicably.
Here are the details I have, please let me know if there is any conflict with what you see on your end.
Based on our agreement attached and faxed to me on 4/25/2014 you were going to run 8 ads at $369 each, in lieu of the short rate for early cancellation of your prior agreement. (see the details section)
You ran 5 of those 8 ads and made 6 payments.
I reached out to you personally to restart the campaign after your requested pause, so we could complete the agreement, but I did not receive a reply. It is at that point that the collections process was launched, as per the terms of our agreement (hence the calls from [redacted] and [redacted]).
I am sorry if this has seemed unreasonable to you. Of course, it was my goal to get your advertising working for you, but as I was unable to do so, I would like to see if there is a way we can resolve fairly upon your return to the office.
If you would please call or email me with a time when we can discuss I'm sure we will find a place of mutual satisfaction.

Review: We opened a new dental office on North Park area and looking to do some ads Mr. [redacted] came to our office and talked to us to run the ads after back and forth and rewriting the ads a couple of times

he started to get very pushy and insisted that we have to go with his recommendation,we had no choice as he knows about ads and we don`t know anything the ads went out and we got couple of calls but no costumer and not a single dime.we called him and he played all kind of games and he did not change the ads he ran the ads for few times and nothing I request for new rep.and after few weeks they introduced *.[redacted] and she told us she is going to help us and for sure we will get some costumer ,she also ran the ads and nothing at all she charged my card in advance for two weeks and we were very discouraged ,we did not get a single patient.after a while they gave the file to another Rep. [redacted] very rude and unprofessional started calling me and sending emails and treating us if we don`t continue with them they are going to ruin our credit and taking us to court and sending us to collection.

Now they gave the file to another Rep, [redacted] he did not even review the file or anything he demand payment even though they charged me and did not run the ads.

I will go to all social media and write a review about San Diego reader they are unfair they are not good at all and their ads don`t work for sure.Desired Settlement: we want then to leave us alone and refund the over charges and cancel our ads.
