Sandman contractor filled in ground pool. Now we have a. Large sinkhole where the pool was.After filling in our pool a large sinkhole appeared at the deep end of the pool. When we called to complain we were told to call back in the spring. When we called back in April we were told there would be an additional charge to correct the problem and that his work is not guaranteed. The original cost was $5000. Now they want to charge us another $250 to $500 to correct the problem they created. We also paid for the sod and labor to put it down which has now disappeared in the sinkhole and will need to be replaced.Desired SettlementSince our experience with this business has been so unpleasant, we don't feel comfortable having them repair the damage they caused. We would like at least half of the original $5000 refunded so we can get the problem corrected by a more reputable company.
