The Sandman Inn

Review: By 1am on May 5th, 2014, I had been using my Android phone, checking-in to various hotels all week, so this didn't seem like a problem. After entering all of my basic & payment information on The Sandman Inn website, I proceeded to check-out. Unfortunately, even after waiting for several minutes, there was no prompt, no response, no confirmation page, nor anything for me to acknowledge that anything even registered. I figured it was a glitch, or that I entered my credit card information wrong. I went ahead & made 2 more attempts, & when I called, I was told there was no reservation held in my name, & advised me to come in-person. I briefly explained that I attempted to use the website to get a room, & to make sure I did not have any additional charges. The woman pulled up additional sheets of paper from the printer, showing that I did in fact make reservations, but she reassured me that I will only be charged for the night. I explained the reason I did it online was because I thought it would be cheaper. She made the calculations for me & w/ tax, it summed up to be $97.94. Either way, doing it online or in-person would be the same price.A few days later, I noticed my in-person transaction: 05/06/2014 Debit Card Transaction SANDMAN INN SANTA BARBARA CA 05/05 $97.94 I get back to San Diego, CA on the 9th, & noticed these: 05/09/2014 Debit Card Transaction SANDMAN INN SANTA BARBARA CA 05/06 $97.94 05/09/2014 Debit Card Transaction SANDMAN INN SANTA BARBARA CA 05/06 $97.94 05/09/2014 Debit Card Transaction SANDMAN INN SANTA BARBARA CA 05/06 $97.94 I figured this wouldn't be a difficult matter to resolve, & got in-touch with a staff-member regarding the situation. I was told to get in contact with Mike, one of the managers. Today, I was told I would only be refunded back 2 of the 3 over-charges, & that the error was on my behalf. I explained I stayed for 8-10 hrs, & that the site may have been faulty. She laughed and still denied me, & told me that there's no proof. Give me my money.Desired Settlement: $97.94 x 3 (over-charge) = $293.82
