I was notified by one our customers that we had overcharged her credit card with the amount of $54.44. I personally took it upon myself as owner to resolve this issue. I admit that I forgot to take care of the issue due to the sometimes overwhelming responsibilities I have as a restaurant owner. The...

restaurant was contacted by the customer and as soon as I was notified about the phone call I immediately called to resolve the issue. I apologized for not refunding the overcharge and did refund the $54.44 immediately. My intention was not to keep the extra $54.44. It was simply a human error on my part. As I am writing this, the funds have been already returned.
