If it is simply a matter of you checking out in the morning and making the front desk aware that you would not be staying the second night, then a refund ought to be afforded to you. If, in the case that the payment was made via a third party, you would have to contact them, at which point they will call the manager and request it. So long as you provided your intent to check out and not stay the second night by 11:00am the morning of, we should be able to remedy the situation quite easily.
