Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me They did NOT provide my mother's estate with a full refund but atually deducted almost $for items they claim that their monthly charges did not cover However, at no time was I informed that the $a month did not include basic supplies This is more upsetting because the charge is for adult disposable diapers She was only in the facility for daysI could purchase disposal diapers for what they charged me which means she would have been changed times a day I actually provided them with size small disposable diapers and disposable adult briefs for her useIt is sad that while they claim to be a religious based facility they really aren't It is also sad that while the nursing care is OUTSTANDING the hypocrisy elsewhere leaves a bad feeling It took days to get the partial refund I have spoken to many, many adults who have had a parent pass away in a nursing facility I have not located anyone who had to wait more than two weeks [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
This issue has been resolved and the family has received their refund and cashed the check. Let me know if you need any more information. Thanks, [redacted]

find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They did NOT provide my mother's estate with a full refund but atually deducted almost $100 for items they claim that their monthly charges did not cover. However, at no time was I informed that the $8000 a month did not include basic supplies. This is more upsetting because the charge is for adult disposable diapers. She was only in the facility for 15 days. I could purchase 150 disposal diapers for what they charged me which means she would have been changed 10 times a day. I actually provided them with 35 size small disposable diapers and 47 disposable adult briefs for her use. It is sad that while they claim to be a religious based facility they really aren't. It is also sad that while the nursing care is OUTSTANDING the hypocrisy elsewhere leaves a bad feeling. It took 65 days to get the partial refund. I have spoken to many, many adults who have had a parent pass away in a nursing facility. I have not located anyone who had to wait more than two weeks. [redacted]
Sincerely,
