I am rejecting this response because:Why are they so upset when they didn't deliver my sash on time...it was suppose to be delivered before thanksgiving and correct I got it after thanksgiving, and they did fulfill on their promise after and refunded my money after and still delivered a beautiful sashi just hope that they can do this better next time and continue this customer service that they did because I would love to get my other pageant clients to do work with them because the sashes were beautiful.....but they are receiving you guys message after things had got resolvePSI did order the insuranceThank you and God bless and may you all have a prosperous new year

Sorry for the confusion and awful delay with your orderWe tried to refund you but because the order is older than days PayPal have
removed the refund link and because you are not a registered PayPal member we can't send the refund to the email we have on fileIf you would still like the sash we can send it January 4th that's when we come back from holiday vacationWe would also like to send you a free sash valued at the same price of your original orderAll you will have to do is send us your sash specifications for the free sash

I wish I could tell you that my complaint Revdex.com Complaint Case# *** (Ref#XX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XX-XXXX) has not been resolved
Since the Sash Out has responded to the complaint in which they said they would send out my order when they come back from their holiday on 1/and for my troubles they offered me a free sash and to contact them on how I would like itI have tried to contact them times by telephone to discuss the free sash they were going to offer me for the troubles on my orderThe have not returned any of my calls
Today I received a sash in the mail, but it is not what I had orderedThey sent me what I assume is the "Deluxe Pageant" sash which is just a plain white sash with "LITTLE PRINCESS OF RED RIVER VALLEY" embroidered in bluePlease see the PayPal receipt for the sash I did want

The customer's complaint is frivolous! According to USPS her sash was delivered on Dec9, Please see attachments.Also the customer has stated that she was not rendered a service and that she never received the sash, which is so untrue! She is requesting that the job be finishedWell we
did finish and shipped her sash.If she never received her item why do I have proof that USPS delivered it? She was also, provided the tracking number to track her packageI don't understand why she is now filing a complaint on Dec28, for a item that is showing deliveredThe update from USPS states that the package was left at the front door/porchCould it be that maybe someone removed it from the porch? Well, unfortunately we are not responsible for USPS transit times or for packages that are lost, stolen etcthis is why we offer insurance which she didn't pay or acceptShe can't really expect us to replace a sash that she received, that is unfair

requiring rhinestones or other embellishments takes a little longer to custom makeWe have a to week turnaround time for production, this doesn't include the shipping timeI do see that you received your sashes by the Friday you requested
We did respond to your last emails which was returned to us as undeliverable (it is though you blocked our email) even though you were very rude and used profanity(curse word)and also threaten to go to Revdex.com on usYou also stated we "BETTER" comply with your demandsNO one wants to be disrespected as per our Terms and conditions (http://www.thesashout.com/home/site-information) we ask that rude, threatening or distasteful comments not be used
We are always willing to work with our customers, but sometimes it is very difficult and stressful trying to make sure all orders go out in a timely manner and make sure all customers are happyWhen talked to rudely or feeling that talking with a customer that has not complied with our terms, we exercise our right not to deal with the customer
However we did express shipped your order to you ASAP! We also provided you with the tracking informationAt the time of shipping your order there was a holiday in which the United States Postal service was not open which causes a one day shipping delay with delivery, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delivery timesPlease read "Notes" under:What postal service do you use to ship orders?http://www.thesashout.com/home/faqs

When the customer contacted us about the issue I told her that we would refund her if she returned the product back to us. We never received the items back from her. That offer is no longer available. She received the items that she paid for...

and had a month to return them. These are custom orders, she could have paid for express shipping.

The owner did not contact me and say I could get a refund, instead she ignored my calls and never called back. Also she lied when she said she would express ship the product for free! Once again I ordered them in a timely manner the company did not send them out like they were supposed to! The sashes showed up days after my event!
