As a result, this customer did incur $270 in fees. The Bank made the decision to refund all the fees back to the customer’s account and close the account. As of December 30, 2015, this customer’s account had a balance of -$171.15. After a credit of $270.00, the account balance was $98.85. The Bank closed the account and placed a check in the mail to the customer. This was communicated to the customer by the Compliance Officer by telephone on December 30, 2015.
