Mr. [redacted] asked me to look at it and to tell him what it was on his filter.  I said to him “I am not sure what it is, it looks like it could be dust that had become wet possibly”.  I let Mr. [redacted] know that I would put in a work order to change his a/c filter. My service technician went to his apartment on September 7, 2017 in an attempt to complete his work order. The resident was home and opened the door and stuck his head out of the door. The service technician told Mr. [redacted] that he was there to complete his work order and change his a/c filter and had an a/c filter in his hand. I reminded Mr. [redacted] that all notices must be in writing and then he walked out.    On September 13, 2017 he brought in his written notice, still not mentioning anything regarding his a/c unit.   I received the complaint on September 14, 2017 from the Revdex.com regarding the sanitation and conditions of his a/c unit.   On 9/15/2017 I called Mr. [redacted] to let him know that we had received his complaint and we would like to address it for him. He did allow us access to his unit but informed me that he would not be home.   Maintenance and I went into his apartment to complete his request. His a/c coil was dirty. Maintenance proceeded to clean the coil and changed a/c filter. We also checked the conditions of the unit to make sure it worked properly. I later called Mr. [redacted] to let him know what was done. To assure that we took proper precaution, I let him know that I had scheduled a company to clean his a/c vents in the evening. On the following Monday, September 18, 2017, I had scheduled a company to complete a deep cleaning of his a/c coils and blower motor.   On September 15, 2017 around 5 pm his a/c vents were cleaned by a professional company. On September 18, 2017 the a/c blower motor and coil was cleaned by a professional company.   We have taken Mr. [redacted] request very seriously and have taken all measures to maintain a healthy environment for him.  I am not sure on what the disputed amount of $625.00 is for and he’s provided me no documentation related to this cost.    At this point, we would like to offer to release Mr. [redacted] from his current contract.     [redacted] Community Manager
