Dear Revdex.com,In regards to complaint ID #[redacted]-2nd response:The customer purchased the 6 1/2ft. - 7 ft. size green giànts. This is the smallest size green giants that we sell and they are always grown in pots. These plants were on display at the Home and Garden Show in pots, exactly like the customer's trees, and there were 5 of them on display. All the green giants at the show were 7 ft. potted trees. Our larger green giants, 10 ft-12 ft. tall, are grown in grown bags. The customer did not buy the 10-12ft, tall green giants. At no time in the video she referenced do we present a harvested 7ft. green giant tree out of the ground in a grow bag, that was a 10 ft+ tree,Our list of how the trees are planted was a review of the customer's job. It is our standard planting procedure for $70 per 7 ft. tall green giant tree. Customer did not specify any "extra service" nor did the customer pay for any "extra service".Once the trees reach our minimum size to sell, our tree; are labeled with the Pryor's Nursery labels, the date we inspect them for quality control - "tagged" dote and choose which ones will be ready for the next planting season - our "shipped" date. The "shipped" iate on each tree is the earliest date that specific tree can be installed for a customer's job. Enclosed is one of our original labels. Also, we have provided a picture showing the smaller trees grown in containers at Pryor's Nursery,Customer saw the 6 1/2 ft. - 7ft. tall green giants at the Home and Garden Show. Customer paid springshow pricing for the trees installed, as we advertised on the web and at the show. Customer signed for the trees upon completion of the planting job and customer paid the balance due in full.
