Dear ***, During her tenancy, we have made repairs and appliance replacements in her unit as required There was no promises or any other list or agreement outside of her rental agreement What is on her rental agreement, is free month of rent, no pet deposit, no pet rent, and no charge for an extra parking space, and these were the only items that were promised and agreed upon for the current lease We will make contact with the tenant in the near future prior to her lease expiration for any changes to her lease and unit conditions Best Regards, [redacted] Director Of Property Management

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I Briefly spoke to Humberto about this situation. Upon our 1st meeting with him he stated that rent would be increased but we were getting a month free and we did not have to pay a pet deposit since we are ready living here, and that ALL the units would be getting upgraded, not once was it mentioned that since were are living in them that they wont be nor that since we were OFFERED the month free that non of or upgrades would be done Not one tenant asked for free rent He states in the response that we are paying less than others ? I've spoken to other tenants and we are all paying the same rent and utilities as everyone else ? The only thing we didn't pay was a pet deposit ? He claims that I'm happy with the situation here ? From what he told me that there's nothing he can do since we signed the lease and that we have to renegotiate our lease when its up , then things can be upgraded ? They should have been done when he told us they ALL would be getting done upon them buying the property ? So no I'm not happy , I feel this company lied to us, made us think that we were getting the same quality as all the other units , so there for we signed the lease .
that since
Regards,
*** ***

Dear [redacted],
class="MsoNormal" "margin: 0px">It was a pleasure speaking with you this morning with regards to the assigned Id Number. As you requested, I wanted to reply via email. I discussed the complaint / issues with our tenant, and heard them first hand. In the conversation with our tenant, [redacted], I had the opportunity to clarify that she is not paying the same average rental rate nor does she have the same conditions in her place since she was an existing tenant unlike an empty place that had a full renovation and marketed at market rates to new tenants, since the two were not alike situations as she felt they were. I explained to her that she needed to consider that she received a free month of rent, and that her dog was grandfathered without a pet deposit, something that she received due to the conditions in her residence and being an existing tenant, and that the new tenants did not receive since a new tenant would receive a fully renovated residence at market price, and that her average rental rate is $100+ less than market price I also reminded her and clarified that I did not promise her nor the other existing tenants any upgrades or repairs to their residence. She disclosed her disliking the fact that the inoperable dishwasher and refrigerator that were replaced were not new out of the box, however they are operable. I explained that we resolved the issue of inoperable appliances with operable appliances and that we did not have to replace them with a new ones out of the box. I also, clarified that although we are installing microwaves to empty vacant market rate units to lease to new tenants, that we are not installing them or replacing them in existing tenant residences, nor purchasing new ones to replace tenant owned microwaves, and that she would need to purchase a new microwave to replace her own that has now stopped working.
Overall, I do feel that Mr[redacted] is happy living at the property, but needed clarification of her situation and lease terms. We discussed that should she want to trade her unit for a market ready unit, or negotiate new conditions after her existing lease expires, that we can renegotiate a new lease term with different conditions when her current lease term expires
Best Regards,
