Pasquale Diamond Celi is scamming people on social media by offering individuals to help grow their Instagram following in exchange for money.
After an initial boost on my Instagram following, Pat stopped responding in all forms of communication, including phone, text messages and direct messages regarding when my account would be back up and running on his 'software.?
He took my money in exchange to help me reach 10k followers and barely delivered a growth of 300. He has ghosted my attempts to reach him and refund the money I paid him.
Do not allow this man to fool you into thinking he can help you grow your social media following. He is a fraud.
