In June I purchased a Century camper shell from a Century dealer in California The shell is manufactured by Century Fiberglass, Inc (CenturyCaps.com) Century headquarters appears to be Truck Accessories Group in Elkhart Indiana (574-522-5337) The camper shell was manufactured by Truck Accessories Group West (TAG West) in Woodland, CA There were issues with the fit and function of the cargo tracks on the roof of the shell I contacted the Century dealer to have the issues resolved The dealer told me that Century was not willing to address my issues, that was shell sold just as I had ordered I asked the dealer if could speak with Century personnel regarding that issue The dealer told me that Century would not deal with me directly The Century website states, "Superior customer service! Our motto, "With you for the long haul!" is more than just a catchy advertising slogan, it's the passion behind how we do businessFrom the moment you step foot on one of our professional Century dealerships, until you drive away with a color-matched, perfectly fitting Century product on your truck (and many years down the road) - we're going to be there for you." I contacted Truck Accessories Group (TAG) in Elkhart, IN and Woodland, CA After three months, my issue is unresolved and Century has refused to talk or meet with me
