Review: I ordered a fragrance oil on june 06, 2013. Order #[redacted]. I never received the merchandise, but $22.31 was debited from my checking account for the merchandise. I started calling the scent wizard and each call response was the mail box is full. I finally got through to the mail box after calling 26 times and have left numerous messages and no one have return my calls. I have sent numerous emails and no response. When I checked the website it states that order has been delivered. I have been living in my home for 24 years and have not moved. No order was delivered. I would like to have my money credited back or send my merchandise. This is very scary, because the company has taken my money and have not delivered the goods. Please note that I also sent out an email to their customer service and the response was "we are closed from December 24- this is a response from the holidays. I do hope that I can get this matter resolve. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Please refund my money or send me the merchandise that I already paid for.

Review: We placed an order with The Scent Wizard on September 16, 2013. After two weeks and no product delivered, we called and emailed the company { ###-###-#### [redacted]} repeatedly over several days. During one of our phone attempts, on October 10, we finally reached [redacted] who said she could not find a tracking number on the order, even though she found the order itself. She then said she would immediately ship a new order. When we again didn't receive an order we tried calling again and continued to only be able to reach a voice mail. We left several messages over the next couple of days. Finally, on November 4, we called again and said that if we did not receive a return call by the end of business day on November 5, we would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and that we wanted our money refunded. I also stated in the voice mail message that the only reason that we had been so patient was because of how much we liked the product. Below is a copy of my husband's email to the company and the order: I placed an order on 09/16/2013 and never received it. After calling your company several times I finally made contact with [redacted] and she said there was no tracking number associated with the order. She then said the order was probably lost and would be re-shipped on Monday 10/14 and I would receive it by Friday 10/18. I have not received it yet and called your company several times with no return call. This order was for my wife. She loves the product and she is very disappointed she has not received it yet. We would also like an apology. We have talked about this company positively before this instance and recommended it to friends and family.

Review: The company charged me for a product they never sent. The company said that they shipped the product but it has been over two months and the product never came. The company does not answer the phone, return voice messages or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund.

I have emailed them; however, they never responded.Desired Settlement: Refund. I no longer want to do business with this company.

Review: I made an order on June 25, 2013My credit card was charged the next dayThey were paid the 27th of June.No products comeMultiple phone calls and messages left. Multiple emails sent. No Response Ever.The computer site reports the "order has been sent" But, no date as to when it was shipped.This company is listed at [redacted] NJ Their on line Chat person isn't on line either. THIS Company is stealing. I have notified my credit card...they will depute the charges for me. I have never been so disappointed. I feel deceived, lied to and robbed. I will also notify the local authority.Desired Settlement: The Scent Wizard, if they were to have any integrity, they would call me to apologize and send a refund check. My Credit Card was cancelled as I was afraid they would continue to charge my account fraudulently.

Review: $ 156.44 worth of products were ordered via their website on May 27,2013. We never received the order. I contacted the company via an online chat service they had on their web page. I was assured at that time that their mistake would be promptly corrected and that my order would be shipped. However we still have not received anything.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card. Countless numbers of people have surely fallen into the trap of online shopping with this business.

Review: I ordered some product from The Scent Wizard on May 2nd, 2013. Today is June 7th & I still have NOT received the items I ordered. I have sent a email wondering when the items will be delivered. I received a email, basically a receipt with the items I purchased on it. The order status stated shipped. It been over a month & I have NOTseen any items from The Scent Wizard. Lastly money has been taken out of my bank acct for the items.Desired Settlement: I REALLY would like the items I ordered be delivered/shipped if the receipt states that its been shipped. If NOT a full refund will be accepted also
