Management has responded directly, and repeatedly to the consumer, Schuett disagrees with the consumer’s representation of what has taken place but is not at liberty, based on privacy concerns and concerns that could relate to state and federal law relating to confidential information, to share the position of the company or the information already related to the consumer.
