Review: On 8-21-13 I deposited 22,000.00 and was informed over the phone by [redacted] at the Vanderbilt office I would have to incur a 7 business day hold on my funds. I was okay with that. While I was talking with [redacted] she also informed me that after the hold was up she would need another week to fully cash out funds deposited for 22,000.00. On 8-30-13 I contacted [redacted] again to see if my funds where available for withdraw, she became agitated when I asked if I could withdraw my funds, she went into a tirade of how she did not even know I made the deposit (when do I have to let the Branch manager know I am going to make a deposit) and if I wanted to re-invest the money she could cut me a check. I informed [redacted] a check was unacceptable she became more agitated and said "Well today is the last day of the hold and my funds weren't available till sometime between 4-5 pm". She than asked how much I planned on taking out, I told her around 3500.00 at a time, she then re-iterated that my funds would not be available till Tuesday, since Monday 9-2-13 is a holiday. I asked why we where even talking about withdraws and checks If my money was still on hold. When asked about getting my 3500.00 on Saturday and she informed me the limit was 2500.00 cash on the weekend I asked about getting 2500.00 from her branch and 1000.00 from Scottdale bank she then got real short with me and said "well weekends are pretty busy and they might not have it". I could not believe she just told me their central branch might not be able to cash a 1000.00 dollar check because they might not have the funds. We ended our conversation and I contacted Mr. [redacted] Branch manager at Scottdale Branch. He informed me of the 2500.00 weekend limit. He also told me that the full 22000.00 could be cashed once the hold was up at anytime M-F. When I informed him Of Ms [redacted]s one week waiting period after the hold he said that he does not monitor her cash on hand but if I wanted the money they'd get it there sooner than one week.Desired Settlement: I've taken a fair share of business to [redacted] due to [redacted] poor attitude she portrays on the image of Scottdale Bank. Her Attitude is less than desirable and I'd Appreciate a WRITTEN REPRIMAND on her record.
