Thank you for notifying me of this unjust and invalid complaint This client has been a handful to say the leastI have NOT moved my business out of town The Sculpting Spa is open for business at [redacted] and is now open in [redacted] , CO as wellBoth locations are open and treating happy clients This man has been told on numerous occasions that he and his wife's treatments are valid and current and he does not warrant a refundMy technician [redacted] is treating clients in [redacted] as I type this and is available from early morning until evening six days a week! However, if they do not use them within the next few months, they will expireBoth he and his wife have completed treatments and lost inches per our program perimeters On numerous occasions they have both set treatment times and cancelled them at the last minute We have NEVER charged them late fees for these infractions, per our right under their contractI personally have moved to [redacted] to open the second Sculpting Spa location and am no longer renting this man's condo for which he is upset.This man has been spreading malicious lies and rumors about myself and my businessDue to his actions, I am seeking a court judgement against him for lost income, revenues and defamation of character for his unfounded actions Please visit my website and you will see we are Open for Business in both locations I have attached the numerous reviews of our services as you may also read on the website We are an upstanding business in both communities who wishes only to continue helping our clients loose stubborn fat, inches and weight as we've done a year and a half now.Thank you for your time and trouble.Sincerely, [redacted] ***The Sculpting Spa [redacted]

*** *** has not attempted to settle this matter. I've given him numerous avenues but he continues with his harassment of myself and my friend.I've atttempted to send him money, which he has refused. I made good on the Check that was returned and also paid for 1/of his cleaning expense on the rental unit, incurring additional expense to send the fund certified so that I have proof of my attempt to correct this situation.My business is alive and thriving in ***. We are renting out a room inside of an established salon. So whomever, has tried to serve me hasn't gone in and asked where I am.I've been in contact with the deputy in *** county, so I don't know what *** is referring to that I'm unavailableI am happy to mediate this with him any time. I've paid my ***, my employee, so I don't know what he is referring to, however, he came into the salon and went off on her stating things that were completely untrue, so my employee walked out. I am here now, training her replacement. *** had substance issues, which I tried to help her with. I've been dealing with a death in my family, all during this drama *** has created. As far as my personal dealings with him, they have NO baring on my professional business. I have NOT filed defamation charges against him as my attorney directed me to that still remains to be seen ***-I will continue to send you funds as I can, Certified, so I have proof of my willingness to cooperate. ***

*** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** I have tried to reply to the defendants response, I can't figure it outThis matter is not resolvedThe only one spreading malicious lies is *** ***Her studio in *** has been closed as I tried to have her served with papers by the sheriffThe technician she has here in *** has stated that she is not doing anymore sessions as she hasn't been paid in over a monthI used one session, and never booked another oneMy girlfriend had a double lumpectomy, which I would think would constitute a reason for not following up on treatments*** bounced a check for rent at my apartment, and then broke the lease that we had agreed toShe didn't even run a vacuum over the floor, leaving the entire apartment in shambles, not to mention she had two unauthorized renters stay with herI want this complaint to continue and if *** wants to pursue legal proceedings against me, please provide me with a valid address so I can serve you with my papers.
