I am not the florist who charged the mother's credit card The order was sent to me from the other florist through *** I have given full credit back to the florist as I stated in the previous response She would need to complainto the other florist that charged the credit card if the refund has not been issued

We received an order through *** from a florist in Michigan going to Ms *** *** The order directions said "designers choice, pretty spring arrangement" There were no specifications on any type of flowers or containers on the order So we filled the order in a
galvanized watering can that was not rusted (it was the decorations) We have attached a picture of the arrangement that was brought back by Ms ***. We actually re-sold the arrangement to another customer after it was brought back We have fully cancelled this order with the florist in Michigan and they should have refunded Ms ***'s mother We also sent a picture to the florist is Michigan who agrees that it was a beautiful arrangement and filled to value The complaint that came from Ms *** was it wasn't what her mother ordered We tried to explain that the order was left open for a designer to choose the style and that if there wasn't anything wrong with the flowers that we could not be responsible to replace an order in which we did nothing wrong We are sorry that Ms *** feels that she wasn't treated properly After her sister called our shop and cussed at my employees, we notified the other florist about what was going on We informed them that we would refund the money or replace the arrangement to something that she preferred if she wanted to bring the arrangement back to our shop but that we would not re-deliver a flower arrangement when we didn't do anything wrong Ms *** needs to let people know what kind of flowers and containers that she likes before they decide to send her flowers to make sure that it meets her approval

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 I, too, have a picture of the arrangement that shows the rusted container as I was not able to view their image....and I'm sure they built it up after I dropped it off. They fail to mention that the container leaked.  I've shown this image to many people, and all have said that it is not a Spring Arrangement. Also, if they think it is so attractive, why don't they have anything remotely close to it on their website.      In addition, they did NOT offer to replace it if I returned the item, which goes against their guarantee on both their card and their website. It clearly states that "We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items. If you are
not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service
Department at [redacted]," which I did and was treated poorly and not given any replacement option (or I would have taken them up on one). Therefore, this could be construed as false advertising. 
What happened between them and my sister happened after their poor treatment to me....as I am not a person who likes confrontation. I'm sure their rudeness prompted her behavior as it would anyone.Granted...they stated that they have refunded my mother...that is good.  However, the fact still stands that they were extremely rude and do not stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I guess their pleasantness is reserved for [redacted] and the Revdex.com.  Regards,
