Review: On Wednesday April 9, 2014, I happened to stumble across The [redacted] Law Firm old website before it was revised this month (May 2014). I found an article regarding the date, time, and location of my mothers ([redacted]) death on the old website. A vehicle struck my mother on Thursday morning, March 6, 2014 approximately between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.; and she died from her injuries. After I chatted with a person on the [redacted] Law Firm old website, [redacted], Intake Service of The [redacted] Law Firm, called me; and after explaining to him how my mother died from her injuries as a pedestrian via auto accident, [redacted] said that the law firm can help with this predestrian accident case via auto and requested me to send via e-mail all pertinent information pertaining to and relating to my mother, [redacted]s pedestrian accident, as well as her heirs personal information to be routed to an attorney. [redacted] said he will turn all information over to one of the attorneys. As I stated to [redacted], Intake Service staff, on April 9, 2014, that The [redacted] Law Firm is to represent only me and not my brothers. Both of siblings suffer from mentally disorders. Also, Intake Service personnel stated that since my siblings are not part of the incident (pedestrian accident via auto), they do not need to be part of this lawsuit; and Intake Service staff assured me that he would pass this information on to an attorney that will represent "only" me. [redacted], Intake Service staff, had a paralegal assistant , [redacted], who I am under the impression that he is an attorney. [redacted], Paralegal Assistant of The [redacted] Law Firm, has purposely misrepresented himself as an attorney by giving legal advice to me. [redacted], Paralegal Assistant, had received and accepted my deceased mothers pedestrian accident case via auto from [redacted], Intake Service staff, as legal staff representatives of The [redacted] Law Firm. I have yet to speak to one of the license legal attorneys about my deceased mothers pedestrian accident case beside [redacted], Intake Service staff and [redacted], Paralegal Assistant. [redacted], Paralegal Assistant, fails to afford me the opportunity to properly participate in the negotiation process in the wrongful death settlement from the insurance company insureds (Defendant) Auto Declaration Policy which [redacted], Paralegal Assistant, does not have before him to make a sound legal decision. [redacted], Paralegal Assistant, negotiated an unfavorable settlement with the Defendants Insurance Company on my behalf without me speaking directly to one of the license attorneys of The [redacted] Law Firm. [redacted], Paralegal Assistant, discharge me as a client and he is not a license legally attorney for The [redacted] Law Firm. I have yet received any documents relinquishing his services as my attorney per our conversation Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Since, I am not going to be represented by a license legal attorney of The [redacted] Law Firm, [redacted], Paralegal Assistant, has yet have a license legal attorney from that firm to send a written letter on the law firm letterhead stating this fact.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted], founder/owner of The [redacted] Law Firm, to response to my letter that was sent certified mail via United States Postal Service directly to him requiring his signature upon receipt; and send me the State Farm Auto Declaration Policy of the insured who vehicle is responsible for striking my mother (March 6, 2014) which she died from her injuries. [redacted] needs to contact me immediately regarding this matter.
