Review: Upon my employment termination, I informed my manager (Jeff Gottlieb) of my pending expense reports, he said to leave it in his office so he can process, this was June 19th. I have made attempts to reach him with no response. It is now July 18th and still no expense reports have been process or paid, total amount $830.00.Desired Settlement: The expense amount is money out of my pocket that needs to be refunded back to me.

The Company was not aware of any outstanding expense reports owed to Mr. [redacted] until receipt of this correspondence as we were not contacted prior to a complaint being filed with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com).

We have since contacted Mr. [redacted] in regards and located the outstanding expense reports in question. These expense reports were submitted yesterday, July 24, 2013, for an immediate processing and payment. They will be mailed expeditiously to Mr. [redacted]'s home address on file.

Our investigation determined that Mr. [redacted] did not provide these expense reports to his Manager for approval as per Company policy.

The Company was not aware that these expense reports were outstanding until we received this notification from the Revdex.com. We immediately reached out to Mr. [redacted] thereafter and upon receipt of his response we were able to locate these in Mr. [redacted]'s old work station not on his Manager's desk as stated in Mr. [redacted]'s original grievance filed with the Revdex.com. The email sent to Mr. [redacted] from his Manager, Jeff Gottlieb, affirms this statement.

"I was able to find 3 expense reports in a file folder, in a drawer, in a the desk that you used while working here."

As noted, these expense reports have now been submitted for payment and will be paid in accordance with our standard payments timelines.

I am rejecting this response because: I need a check number for my expense reports, I am calling Jeff Gottlieb a liar, since my last day of employment he had my expense reports in his possession, note the weekending dates of my expense reports. Please expedite payment.
