Sorry, my father passed away unexpectantly and I have not kept up with this, but the company has addressed my complaint and is going to take care of the issue They have remained in touch with me Sorry for the lack of response, but I have had more important issues to work throughKim ***

This is in reference to ID #***In rare occurrence, we have snow storms that have a lot of precipitation and heavy snow, when their satellites will experience black outs or no signal for a short period of time(Snow Storm Aaron hit that day.) This customer called on 12-11-and we called
and left a message on 12-12-We called again and left a messageSince we did not have a returned call, we assumed that the problem was corrected by the snow falling off the dish. The customer called again and threaten to call the Revdex.com on me on 12-17-We called Sunday and left a message again and also on Monday 12-19-No returned call back on either call. We will try to get in contact with this customer to try to resolve the issue by installing a heaterThey will have to buy the heater but we will install it for free

Attached are the call records for the attempts we made to call her when she originally had this issue back in December(Dec16th, 18th and 19th.) Jim has since tried to call her to fix the issue by adding a heater to the dish, so that this problem could be solvedShe has not returned or answered any calls/voicemail's that Jim has leftJim's son Ryan got a hold of Kim about installing a heater for free, that the only cost to her would be the cost of the heater itselfWhen she wanted more information on the cost of the heater, Ryan said he would call back with the price of itWhen Ryan called her back, he left a voicemail with the price of the heater and they have not heard from her ever since
