Contrary to what the business inaccurately represented to the Revdex.com I very much seek to come "up with an agreeable compromise." (Quoted from the last paragraph of the business' response.) The aforesaid and inaccurate representation by the business as to my NOT wanting to do so parallels
the totality of other falsities and inaccuracies represented to the Revdex.com by the business The worse misrepresentation to the Revdex.com is that I was/am confused by the different quotes! The business has outright lied about that I do get confused with technology, such as having gotten a new wireless home phone and extensions But as one of the quotes the business supplied to the Revdex.com is doctored/fake it had never been shown to me by the business when I was dealing with the business I never saw it until my dispute against the business with ***, so that I could not have been confused about it when dealing with the business
On August 8, Rich *** emailed me a quote for work I had requested I shall be forwarding the Revdex.com that email separately, after finishing this Text, as my Exhibit A Then on August 10, *** *** *** *** emailed me an adjusted quote for that requested work with a 10% senior ***zen discount *** did not update to August the date on the adjusted quote *** only updated the quoted amount to reflect the 10% senior ***zen discount I shall be forwarding the Revdex.com that email separately, as my Exhibit B Then some time went by and it was not until Autgust 16th, after I had received bids from several other businesses, that I had called *** *** hereinafter "Horvath", about doing the requested work as shown on my Exhibits A and B On August 16th over the phone I had paid *** a $deposit by my ***Card and only then had I first discussed NOT doing the quoted $gutter guards' work with material included It was only on August 16th that I had first brought up substituting other miscellaneous jobs that I needed to have done *** said he would need send a new quote, for the $gutter guards' work with materials included was far more than the miscellaneous jobs that I needed to have done I said that would not be necessary as it was worth it to me to get done all the miscellaneous jobs needing completion In addition that evening, of August 16th, I went to the library and emailed *** *** *** *** setting forth those other miscellaneous jobs I shall be forwarding the Revdex.com that email as my Exhibit C So that -and let the Revdex.com note it well- *** could NOT have known of the changes until August 16th So that -and let the Revdex.com note it well- ***'s quote provided you could NOT have been possible on August 8th and is, as I claim/charge, a doctored quote, a fraud The doctored quote dated August 8th with its changes was never seen by me until *** presented it to *** in my credit card dispute, which *** won because he had so carefully and cleverly covered all bases needed in that dispute But *** won only through gross inaccuracies, misrepresentations, distortions, insults, and/or lies and by dishonestly using a doctored quote and illegally using a fraudulent invoice There is no way that on August 8th *** could have known of the changes as they were not requested by me until August 16th (See my Exhibit C to be forwarded to the Revdex.com requesting the changes.)
On August 18th the business came to do the work which should have been completed that day with the exception of staining of the deck However despite my backyard being merely 1/of an acre, of an acre, most of the requested work in my August 16th email to *** and *** was NOT done *** said that he and his son-in-law *** would finish the uncompleted jobs when returning August or August to stain the deck The Revdex.com can now read that which I had emailed the Revdex.com on November 15, at 3:pm about what then happened so that I did not want the business to finish, and so that I paid the business $by check and wrote at the check's "MEMO" what I wrote I ask that the Revdex.com please refer to that email already sent you on November 15th for your reasonable consideration, as ***'s account of events is NOT accurate and is not honest as to actual facts
Horvath has repeated his lies to you and is very clever in creating a scenario and presenting me as an old, confused, and unreasonable it I do have troubles with technology, especially given that I have very bad arthritis plus age-related macular degeneration so have some vision challenges But I am NOT as confused and/or senile as *** portrays Further even if I were as confused and senile as *** portrays then what this business has up to now sucessfully done to take advantage of a widowed senior is yet even more unethical, ruthless, and unscrupulous It is also more reprehensible given that *** professes his business to be that of "a good Christian family" and even unconscionably has on his fraudulent invoice "and may God bless you." As I told *** it is merely dishonest to doctor a quote and to write misrepresentations, but it is ILLEGAL to fake an invoice ***'s invoice is a fraudulent/fake and it is per se ILLEGAL He has gotten away with it up to now, most unfortunately The doctored August 8th quote that he presented you, which to repeat is NOT possible as the requested changes were only made on August 16th, is the same as what he presented to *** I erroneously first thought it was different, but it is the same However the fraudulent invoice he presented you is different inasmuch as it doesn't say "INVOICE" at its top as the one to *** does I shall ask one of the librarian's to help me copy what *** sent to ***, which is the same as what was provided you except to repeat that yours doesn't say INVOICE at its top The one presented you does say at the bottom "This is an invoice for services rendered" and then goes on to say "and may God bless you." That invoice presented the Revdex.com is per se ILLEGALIt is, to repeat, ILLEGAL to create a fake invoice which *** has dishonestly and ruthlessly felt himself entitled to do I shall also have a librarian help me to copy the $charge made to *** on August 16th, which was done over the phone, and which was when the requested changes from the $gutter guards' work and materials included was made by me
Unfortunately there are no licensing laws in KY So that, unlike I had thought before calling *** *** *** can call himself a "contractor" even though he is not registered with the *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** as a reputable contractor with a good work ethic would most probably be Unfortunately I had not checked out The Service Solution/Rick *** back in August, but had naively relied on representations of being "Honest", "Reliable", Honorable", "a good Christian family", "in business for many years." *** has only had an active business license since October 2015, just a little over a year So that if in fact *** was actually "in business for many years", as he had originally told me, then it was without his having a business license! His original representation to me of having been "in business for many years" was/is also an inaccuracy that he presented me to create a very positive, solid image of his business
If the Revdex.com reads my last paragraph in my November email to the Revdex.com it states what I seek The backyard work, involving 1/of an acre, took less than an hour and was in no way equivalent to the originally quoted $to "Install gutter guards (materials included)." As I had emailed *** and *** on August 6th I needed several miscellaneous jobs done, and it was worth it to me given my age and physical challenges to overpay But *** has badly cheated me and then has lied and defrauded to seek to maintain moneys NOT earned *** did NOT do the latticework, the screens, and the deadbolt lock(which badly needed be done as there had been a break-in) as requested August 16th Further ***'s doctored, fake quote is inaccurate as to what he did: he didn't do all he lists there I'm also forwarding to the Revdex.com as Exhibit D what I emailed *** on August 27th I would be willing to discuss a lesser refund agreeable with the business, but some refund IS due me I do NOT want the business taking care of the needed latticework, screens, and deadbolt lock if the business offers that I am fearful of *** and think he is without honesty I was fearful of *** and his son-in-law before, and now that *** has gone so far as to write misrepresentations, to doctor a quote, and to create a fraudulent invoice I now do consider *** to be somewhat of a criminal and/or to have criminal inclinations I do NOT view that *** and his son-in-law are honest, reliable, honorable in either having a work ethic, in actions, in deeds, in especially in ***'s words I deserve some compensation, if not $200, for the backyard work done on my 1/of an acre which took only an hour and was no way equivalent to the quoted cost for the gutter guards' work and materials
Hoping the Revdex.com can help make this somewhat right
Sincerely, *** ***

Contrary to what the business inaccurately represented to the Revdex.com I very much seek to come ". . . up with an agreeable compromise." (Quoted from the last paragraph of the business' response.) The aforesaid false and inaccurate representation by the business as to my NOT wanting to do so parallels...

the totality of other falsities and inaccuracies represented to the Revdex.com by the business. The worse misrepresentation to the Revdex.com is that I was/am confused by the different quotes! The business has outright lied about that. I do get confused with technology, such as having gotten a new wireless home phone and extensions. But as one of the quotes the business supplied to the Revdex.com is doctored/fake it had never been shown to me by the business when I was dealing with the business. I never saw it until my dispute against the business with [redacted], so that I could not have been confused about it when dealing with the business.
On August 8, 2016 Rich [redacted] emailed me a quote for work I had requested. I shall be forwarding the Revdex.com that email separately, after finishing this Text, as my Exhibit A. Then on August 10, 2016 [redacted] emailed me an adjusted quote for that requested work with a 10% senior [redacted]zen discount. [redacted] did not update to August 10 the date on the adjusted quote. [redacted] only updated the quoted amount to reflect the 10% senior [redacted]zen discount. I shall be forwarding the Revdex.com that email separately, as my Exhibit B. Then some time went by and it was not until Autgust 16th, after I had received bids from several other businesses, that I had called [redacted] hereinafter "Horvath", about doing the requested work as shown on my Exhibits A and B. On August 16th over the phone I had paid [redacted] a $500 deposit by my [redacted]Card and only then had I first discussed NOT doing the quoted $400 gutter guards' work with material included. It was only on August 16th that I had first brought up substituting other miscellaneous jobs that I needed to have done. [redacted] said he would need send a new quote, for the $400 gutter guards' work with materials included was far more than the miscellaneous jobs that I needed to have done. I said that would not be necessary as it was worth it to me to get done all the miscellaneous jobs needing completion. In addition that evening, of August 16th, I went to the library and emailed [redacted] setting forth those other miscellaneous jobs. I shall be forwarding the Revdex.com that email as my Exhibit C. So that -and let the Revdex.com note it well- [redacted] could NOT have known of the changes until August 16th. So that -and let the Revdex.com note it well- [redacted]'s quote provided you could NOT have been possible on August 8th and is, as I claim/charge, a doctored quote, a fraud. The doctored quote dated August 8th with its changes was never seen by me until [redacted] presented it to [redacted] in my credit card dispute, which [redacted] won because he had so carefully and cleverly covered all bases needed in that dispute. But [redacted] won only through gross inaccuracies, misrepresentations, distortions, insults, and/or lies and by dishonestly using a doctored quote and illegally using a fraudulent invoice. There is no way that on August 8th [redacted] could have known of the changes as they were not requested by me until August 16th. (See my Exhibit C to be forwarded to the Revdex.com requesting the changes.)
On August 18th the business came to do the work which should have been completed that day with the exception of staining of the deck. However despite my backyard being merely 1/8 of an acre, .08 of an acre, most of the requested work in my August 16th email to [redacted] and [redacted] was NOT done. [redacted] said that he and his son-in-law [redacted] would finish the uncompleted jobs when returning August 22 or August 23 to stain the deck. The Revdex.com can now read that which I had emailed the Revdex.com on November 15, 2016 at 3:23 pm about what then happened so that I did not want the business to finish, and so that I paid the business $300 by check and wrote at the check's "MEMO" what I wrote. I ask that the Revdex.com please refer to that email already sent you on November 15th for your reasonable consideration, as [redacted]'s account of events is NOT accurate and is not honest as to actual facts.
Horvath has repeated his lies to you and is very clever in creating a false scenario and presenting me as an old, confused, and unreasonable it. I do have troubles with technology, especially given that I have very bad arthritis plus age-related macular degeneration so have some vision challenges. But I am NOT as confused and/or senile as [redacted] portrays. Further even if I were as confused and senile as [redacted] portrays then what this business has up to now sucessfully done to take advantage of a widowed senior is yet even more unethical, ruthless, and unscrupulous. It is also more reprehensible given that [redacted] professes his business to be that of "a good Christian family" and even unconscionably has on his fraudulent invoice "... and may God bless you." As I told [redacted] it is merely dishonest to doctor a quote and to write misrepresentations, but it is ILLEGAL to fake an invoice. [redacted]'s invoice is a fraudulent/fake and it is per se ILLEGAL. He has gotten away with it up to now, most unfortunately. The doctored August 8th quote that he presented you, which to repeat is NOT possible as the requested changes were only made on August 16th, is the same as what he presented to [redacted]. I erroneously first thought it was different, but it is the same. However the fraudulent invoice he presented you is different inasmuch as it doesn't say "INVOICE" at its top as the one to [redacted] does. I shall ask one of the librarian's to help me copy what [redacted] sent to [redacted], which is the same as what was provided you except to repeat that yours doesn't say INVOICE at its top. The one presented you does say at the bottom "This is an invoice for services rendered" and then goes on to say "and may God bless you." That invoice presented the Revdex.com is per se ILLEGAL. It is, to repeat, ILLEGAL to create a fake invoice which [redacted] has dishonestly and ruthlessly felt himself entitled to do. I shall also have a librarian help me to copy the $500 charge made to [redacted] on August 16th, which was done over the phone, and which was when the requested changes from the $400 gutter guards' work and materials included was made by me.
Unfortunately there are no licensing laws in KY. So that, unlike I had thought before calling [redacted] can call himself a "contractor" even though he is not registered with the [redacted] as a reputable contractor with a good work ethic would most probably be. Unfortunately I had not checked out The Service Solution/Rick [redacted] back in August, but had naively relied on representations of being "Honest", "Reliable", Honorable", "a good Christian family", "in business for many years." [redacted] has only had an active business license since October 2015, just a little over a year. So that if in fact [redacted] was actually "in business for many years", as he had originally told me, then it was without his having a business license! His original representation to me of having been "in business for many years" was/is also an inaccuracy that he presented me to create a very positive, solid image of his business.
If the Revdex.com reads my last paragraph in my November 15 email to the Revdex.com it states what I seek. The backyard work, involving 1/8 of an acre, took less than an hour and was in no way equivalent to the originally quoted $400 to "Install gutter guards (materials included)." As I had emailed [redacted] and [redacted] on August 6th I needed several miscellaneous jobs done, and it was worth it to me given my age and physical challenges to overpay. But [redacted] has badly cheated me and then has lied and defrauded to seek to maintain moneys NOT earned. [redacted] did NOT do the latticework, the screens, and the deadbolt lock(which badly needed be done as there had been a break-in) as requested August 16th. Further [redacted]'s doctored, fake quote is inaccurate as to what he did: he didn't do all he lists there. I'm also forwarding to the Revdex.com as Exhibit D what I emailed [redacted] on August 27th. I would be willing to discuss a lesser refund agreeable with the business, but some refund IS due me. I do NOT want the business taking care of the needed latticework, screens, and deadbolt lock if the business offers that. I am fearful of [redacted] and think he is without honesty. I was fearful of [redacted] and his son-in-law before, and now that [redacted] has gone so far as to write misrepresentations, to doctor a quote, and to create a fraudulent invoice I now do consider [redacted] to be somewhat of a criminal and/or to have criminal inclinations. I do NOT view that [redacted] and his son-in-law are honest, reliable, honorable in either having a work ethic, in actions, in deeds, in especially in [redacted]'s words. I deserve some compensation, if not $200, for the backyard work done on my 1/8 of an acre which took only an hour and was no way equivalent to the quoted cost for the gutter guards' work and materials.
Hoping the Revdex.com can help make this somewhat right.
Sincerely, [redacted]
