I got a call from someone saying that want to serve me papers on a court date for something I didConsidering I didn't I have never had oneThe information that he had was my name, an old address, my old email an old job from years ago but my new bank account numberThis is scary for meHe said it was a civil suit and they are going to serve me papersI said who is suing me he said Seven Group LLCI didn't know what he was talking about and told him that he asked me for the address that I work at know and I told him I am not giving him any information that this has to be a scamAs I am typing this I received a call from my daughter they called her and scared herWhen they called they asked her for my ex-husbands name he has been my ex's since and we do not speakThey have her scared and saying that there is a civil suit against me and that I need to call them in hourThis is not right how do these people get the information and the time frame of everything is not accurateSo this company can go and torment my family and my selfWhen I told the man I wasn't giving them any information he said that I would be be listed as failed to show for courtBut he told my daughter that there is no set date for that yet when she asked him to give her the court dateAlso when he was giving her a number gave her one then said no have her call another numberThis is wrong in so many ways and the company that is calling is called ***? That is what the recording states when you are placed on holdI google searched and there are complaints all over the internet about them why haven't they been stopped

This company is a scam. They claim I took a payday loan in 2013 that I did not take. They were calling my mom's house to try and find me, never once called my number. Do not give them money - this is a scam.

I got a call from someone saying that want to serve me papers on a court date for something I did. Considering I didn't I have never had one. The information that he had was my name, an old address, my old email an old job from 7 years ago but my new bank account number. This is scary for me. He said it was a civil suit and they are going to serve me papers. I said who is suing me he said Seven Group LLC. I didn't know what he was talking about and told him that he asked me for the address that I work at know and I told him I am not giving him any information that this has to be a scam. As I am typing this I received a call from my daughter they called her and scared her. When they called they asked her for my ex-husbands name he has been my ex's since 1998 and we do not speak. They have her scared and saying that there is a civil suit against me and that I need to call them in 1 hour. This is not right how do these people get the information and the time frame of everything is not accurate. So this company can go and torment my family and my self. When I told the man I wasn't giving them any information he said that I would be be listed as failed to show for court. That is what the recording states when you are placed on hold. I google searched and there are complaints all over the internet about them why haven't they been stopped.

Review: I received a phone call from the number 866 [redacted] stating I was being taken to court over a "pay-day" loan. I called back and was hassled beyond belief and told I owe $520. They somehow did have the last 4 numbers of my SSN and a former address. I have not lived at the address they had since 2010 and I have never taken a "pay-day loan" of any sort. They had an email address that I have never seen before. I believe this was a scam - as they offered to let me pay it off over the phone rather than appear in court. I have checked my credit reports and there is no record of "the seven group" .Desired Settlement: I hope to never be contacted by this company again - as I have never done business with them - nor would I.
