Scammers, I spent over 100k using them and caught them padding hours and making up services to charge me in the end She was obviously doing this all along I am not a tech person but in the end someone I trusted who is a tech person asked them to explain services and charges When they realized the jig was up they quit returning phone calls and emails The sad part is they do some good work but the owner is always trying to chisel you for more money, there is no win win approach

We have been going to the GVC for a little over a year In our experience, GVC routinely brings up tests, blood work and labs during every office visit no matter how routine The way the information is presented is as if this is needed today, right this minute and you're put on the spot to make a decision in that second and in a tone that is judgmental if you don't jump and pay for the tests right then Their prices are absolutely ridiculous and this is coming from several friends who have lived in Maryland for many, many years and from those who have actually worked at vets offices While Maryland is known to have a high cost of living and everything here is ridiculously expensive, even by THAT standard, GVC is out of bounds They are preying upon good owner's fears, making them feel as if every test under the sun is needed In a GOOD veterinarian's office, they proactively plan ahead and give owners a heads up They provide education, quotes and give owner's time to consider the options At GVC, there is no quote given, no planning things out with the owner such that they may make financial plans, no consideration given that people can't just come in and throw down $unexpectedly You come in for a routine ear infection (something pretty common in dogs) and you walk out having been tested for other things and paying $or more Every.single.time They are over-charging people BIG TIMEThey have to pay for that pretty building somehow, right? We are not cheapskate owners who don't want to spend money on our dogs In fact, we've spent quite a lot on them through the years But up until moving here a year ago, our former vet let us know we only needed to bring them in once a year for their health exam and *gasp* they actually did the vaccinations at the same time so owner's wouldn't have to make a 2nd costly office visit! Imagine that, a veterinarian's office that actually thinks about owner's finances Our one dog is prone to ear infections & so we would go once or twice a year for that We were always out the door for no more than about $and that was WITH medicine GVC wanted to charge me almost $for one medicine the other day I will never go there again and if you're wise, you won't either While I'm sure their vets on staff care about the animals, unfortunately, it's clear they work for a money-hungry, greedy person

I paid them $570 total to create some reports for my business and once they got the money they refused to do the work. This is regarding invoice [redacted] and [redacted]. They simply did not do the work I paid them to do. They billed me for $210 in preparation work but can not tell me or show me any of the work done. I paid them $360 to prepare reports and they still have not produced them and quit returning me emails. Desired SettlementI want me money back since they did not do the work.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] PMContact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@thesevensoft.com(1) The estimate we provided is for assessing the existing system, not to deliver the functionality, as we have not looked at the system for over 5 years. (2) We do not even have the actual requirement for the new functionality when we provide the estimate. So clearly, the estimate was not for assessment. (3) At end of the assessment, we have provided a formal documentation. It explains what it will take to do the full function. (4) Based on our experience, the function he is asking for take more than 80 hours to implement for any vendors.Consumer Response The Seven Soft charged me to prepare for the meeting. The server necessary to log into to prepare was not plugged into the internet or electrical outlet. It was apparent to me that they were not being forthright. I had two different developers tell me the 15 hours they were charging for seemed excessive. When I asked them to explain the work they were doing to the expert they refused to have a call and subsequently ceased communication. I have emails outlining the work I requested them to do and did not do.It has been less than 5 years since they worked on the database. Their strange behavior handling this and past tactics indicates to me that this was the end of a long pattern of unethical behavior. This was the first time they were held to account and realized that they could no longer take advantage of me.I paid a developer who had never seen the database before for 3 hours work to extract the report needed. This is further evidence that they were acting unethically in their business dealings.Business Response A bit more information to add to this case...We have worked with Mr. [redacted] and his neighbor who presented himself as a software consultant over the phone for long hours, helping them resolve the server connectivity issues. When it's finally became online, we thoroughly studied the system source code and provided detailed insight on how to generate desired report for Mr. [redacted]. We also stressed that Mr. [redacted] should consider have other resources work on this report he was looking for, because we informed him that the fee we charged was to provide guidance on how to prepare the report, and it would require much longer time to actually get that done.Based on what we have done for Mr. [redacted], we believe it is unfair for him to file a claim against The Seven Soft and the statement was false to say the least.Consumer Response As per usual they have yet to respond to the complaint, talking in circles and not addressing the request. They were trying to turn a simple request into a major project. I know what I paid them to do, I outlined it in an email to them. Rather than do the work I paid them to do they chose to waste time trying to expand the request. The fact of the matter is they have not done the work I paid them to do. They hold themselves up as "professionals" but in reality they are being intellectually dishonest to extract money.
