In response to the complaint made by *** *** I will explain my side of the events and experiences dealing with him.On 10/05/we hemmed a pair of uniform pants for Mr*** and they were fine.On 10/06/he brought in patches to do, yes we talked about placement not cost.(our prices are
posted at the register counter)He said we quoted a price on phone for patches at and I know we didn’t because we charge per patch .When he said that the front desk person called somewhere else she was calling me, I was setting up for our event that weekend.He made a big deal about the price is why she was calling meFor patches at a piece his totally would be I told her to charge him plus tax = total because he was military to help him out.He picked these up on Friday and had all day Saturday to look them over and let us know,but on Sunday when I got in from show he had left a message on the phone using profanity So I called him immediately to get him to bring uniforms back inI had to set up on Monday evening at 4:because I was out of town that morning .I met him at the shop took his uniforms that was a 1/off patches and fixed them and told him they would be at back of shop on door to pick up because he had used profanity and I was just done with being treated that way by him and did not want anymore interaction then was necessary to complete the transaction.*** *** has publicity challenged my reputation even before giving me a chance to correct the problemYou can go on Facebook and see the dates and time with what he posted.The prices were discounted already and I corrected the issue and I do not feel this warrants a refund.I am however requesting a public written apology for the use of his profanity demeaning me and my business.Regards,The Sewing GallerySue H***
In response to *** *** last statement about all the services he received at The Sewing Gallery He stated he did not have time to look at them, but he did bring back the three on Monday that he felt needed to be redone Now really if these other thing were wrong don’t you think he would have brought them on Monday with the others*** *** said he could have gotten these done on base, why didn’t he? Also the week before we hem his dress pants and they were find.My statements have not changed doing this investigation on the caseIf you compare the statements about this case you can surely see how he has changed his and mine has stayed the same.Regards,The Sewing Gallery LLCSue H***

So clearly a 135 dollars is a rip off. They had to take evey patch off and re se them. With this you can look at my complaint and see that this is very over priced and if they cannot do this sort of work they should not tell people they can.
