purchase order submitted 10/20. Order has not been filled and we can not get in contact with the company.We placed a purchase order to the sewing source 10/20. They have not fulfilled the order. We need to order from somewhere else and can't until this order is canceled. The sewing source will not return our calls nor will they answer our emails. We are a state run facility and the funds can not be reallocated until we receive confirmation of the cancellation. any help would be greatly appreciated.Desired SettlementWe need the sewing source to email us back that the order has been cancelled. unless they can ship the order to us by January 15th.
