Four months since we ordered shades from them and they still haven't fixedall the issues.
My wife and I ordered a bunch of shades from them (order *** around 10/14/2019). They have been out to our house several times be seem unable to correct their issues of measurement and production of the product. They also frequently drop the ball on following up on orders. And yet we have paid in full for the product. At this point, I think they owe us at least a partial refund or compensation for all the frustration they have caused and for the fact that the product hasn't been satisfactorily installed. In any event, their business practices are very much in question given the way you pay upfront in full and then they don't deliver or install until well after you have to settle your credit card bill.
Finish the job that was started or give us our money back.
March 13th, 2019 ordered $*** for window coverings with $*** for installation. As of today, they still have not completed installation.
I feel we have been taken advantage of because we have spent $*** on window coverings for a brand new home with an order placed on March 13th, Order Number XXXXXXXXX with installation to take place April 16th. Long story short, as of May 22, still no *** drapes!!! After many calls and complaints, they still can not get the length of the drapes right or complete the installation due to "I didn't bring the parts". Since they claim "100% Satisfaction, I will ask these ss for a refund of $*** which they where charged for installation, I feel terrible about the experience I have suffered. Imagine buying your dream home and spending that much on window coverings and just getting the run around, for months!! Nothing like buying a multi-million dollar home, and having to tolerate newspapers or sheets in the windows. Many calls have been made, and nothing has happened!!
Finish the job!! Also, since I have suffered for so long and promise "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" I want a refund of the $*** spent on installation since I am far from satisfied!

A final appointment is scheduled for June 24, and compensation was offered for the issues.
