I am rejecting this response because:I am beyond taken back at the audacity this women has to continue blatantly lying on a Revdex.com compliantMy delay with having the order placed is from Oct where she didn't take payment until late Dec 2015, and during that time I had to hound her for a re-quote on the order - I also have yet to receive a copy of my invoice of the saleI was giving backstory of when my initial interaction began and how its led up to this pointI've attached the email correspondence (In chronological order oldest to newest) that I've had with her that clearly shows that I only ever asked for a quote on the cellular blinds, and confirmed twice that I would be going with the venetian blindsI also have it in the emails where she admits to HER error in placing the order wrong, and "apologizes" for itContacting me in Mid Oct to remove the defective blinds and place temporary ones is completely unacceptable seeing as how this all began in AprilIn April that would have been an acceptable and reasonable resolutionHowever as it stands I have absolutely no faith that I would even receive the replacement onesI have also never threatened her, I've given her firm deadlines on when I wanted to see a resolution, as well as simply stating the actions I would take if these deadlines are not metPlease close this file as I'm clearly not going to get any further with this woman

Regarding our telephone conversation this afternoon I have reviewed the letter sent by [redacted].This order has been ongoing like the customer stated.  I originally quoted my customer cellulars and venetian blinds thenthe customer wanted me to quote all cellulars which I did.  There...

was a long delay until the orderwas placed due to the customer not being ready to order at that point.Once the order was placed we agreed on cellular blinds which were ordered and installed.  I followed up to makesure everything looked good and that she was happy with the blinds which she stated she was never mentioning anythingabout the venetian blinds.Then I received a call around a month later not sure of the exact time asking if I could give them adiscount because they ordered venetians and cellulars not just all cellulars.I was a little taken back since the order was for all cellular blinds.  She asked for a discount which beinga good person I agreed to $150.00 just for good business.I received a call letting me know that two of the cellulars were faulty which I told her I would have them replaced.I contacted the factory and the girl on the order desk said she would remake the two blinds so I told my customerthey would be remade.My shipment came in and the blinds weren't in the shipment so I called the factory and they told me thatthe two blinds had to come back for repair due to the cost of remaking them.I contacted my customer letting her know the situation and she told me that she did not want me in her home to take careof this issue nor to call her the only contact would be through email.  Again, I was taken back.I told her that I would put up temporary blinds in the meantime and she told me absolutely no way this wasgoing to happen and threatened me and my business.  Now my hands are tied with the customer and the factory.I went to my superior twice and explained the situation and they finally decided to remake the blinds.The blinds will be in this Friday October 28 or Monday October 31.I will contact my customer to let her know so we can put this issue to rest.Sincerely,[redacted]The Shady Lady Blind Co.
