Revdex.com spoke with the business. He stated the refund check was issued April 28 sent out the first week of May 2015.

Review: Property failed to return security deposit $966.00 within the guidelines of the Virginia Landlord Tenant Act. I vacated the apartment in good condition and satisfied all requirements of my lease on February 23, 2015 and have made multiple requests to the property manager and corporate representative. They have told me various excused of why I have not received my deposit and I have not received it at my home nor has the property manager received it in her office. They are required to return the deposit in a maximum of 45 days, we are now at 74 days. I have sent a complaint to the property manager, corporate office ( The [redacted]) as well as the Virginia Department of Professional Regulation - Fair Housing Board.Desired Settlement: All I want is the return of the $966 security deposit which is stated in the signed lease signed by myself and the property. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
