The Sheboygan Press

I get so sick of paying and then not receiving The Press. Many times I go to store and BUY and never receive credit on account. or for 16 cents when I have to pay $1.00 or $2.00 for a weekend copy. It costs more for me also because of gas. Yes, you cash my check but I don't get what paid for!

We have not received delivery of our paper two times this week. Phone calls were placed to The Sheboygan Press Delivery Team. Since you are not given the option of speaking with a live representative, messages were left on all occasions. The Sheboygan Press voice recording guaranteed that they would contact us. No return phone calls received. I suspect that hell will freeze over before they ever contact us. Very poor and disappointing customer service!

can not get the paper any more for some reason ? I have gotten only one paper this week. I have been having this problem for over a month or more. I have been calling delivery issue at least eight times this month already. Something MUST be done to correct this problem. whos in charge of the delivery system better get on this VERY SOON

I have tried to get the Sheboygan press delivered to our home as of Dec. 24th 2015. Have called customer service at least 3 times said they would takecare of it. Wait on the phone for 40 to 50 min. just to talk to customer service. They cashed my check so where is my paper ?
