We recently purchased a building from The Shed Guy in Kane PA and are very satisfied with the quality of the product, price, and professional delivery they provided I give them high approval and would recommend them for their prompt, courteous service in meeting your standard or customized outbuilding needs

[redacted] is correct, one of my workers misjudged the distance that was required to deliver her shed.  He made a judgement seeing the width of the building would fit, however he didn't take in to account the ground was elevated on one side.  With the land being elevated the shed...

would tip into the neighbors house.  So it wouldn't work,  We did however attempt delivery.   We also attempted delivery up and  Alley way that didn't work as well.  After both attempts I said I was very sorry that my worker made a bad judgment and gave [redacted] her money back to her in a check.  I do not make sheds on site ,however I told her I would see if my builders had time to build one on site seeing how she was so disappointed.  I then took the  shed back to the lot for re-sale.  I did call as she said explaining to her that my builders didn't have time to come and build a shed for her on site.  I assumed from that point that it was over with.   I was then informed from a friend that [redacted] was on Facebook saying "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WILLIAM G[redacted] AKA THE SHED GUY, HE IS A FRAUD, HE RIPS YOU OFF AND HE LIES TO YOU THE Revdex.com GAVE HIM AN F RATING.I then went over to [redacted]'s house to resolve the issue with her.  In doing so I asked the neighbor [redacted] if it would be okay if we went through his yard to deliver [redacted]'s shed.  [redacted] said it would be no problem.  I then informed [redacted] that [redacted] gave me permission to go through his yard for delivery of her shed.  I asked [redacted] if she could remove a piece of fence and I would attempt delivery again.  [redacted] stated they did not want to remove 1 piece of fence do it was just put in.    I then told her I was very sorry there is nothing more I could do.

Review: I ordered a shed from william g[redacted] on 6-8-15. I told him it may not be possible for it to brought in pre-built. He sent one his workers to my house to take a look at it. His worker said there would be no problem delivering the shed to my backyard. Two weeks (6-22) later he called and said the shed was in and they wanted to deliver it. On 6-26 they finally tried to deliver it. They could not deliver it because the worker misjudged the distance between my carport and the house next door. Greek told me he would call and request the shed be rebuilt on site. It took him 2 more weeks (7-3) to get back to me. He said they would get it built but he didnt know when. He said he would call today (7-6) to let me know the details. He did call and left me a message saying they ddint have time to build my shed. So I have waiting a month for a shed that is now not going to happen. I want this shed built that I have an invoice for asap! I can email or mail the invoice if you would like.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for them to do as they guaranteed me, to build the shed exactly like the first one we ordered from them. And I want it by the end of July considering we were supposed to have it two weeks ago.

Great customer service. Professional from start to finish

I stopped down to look at the sheds and was approached by The owner(Bill Sr.). He asked if he could help me with anything and I said I was just looking thanks. Bill replied"If you have any questions I will be over here" . it's nice not being pushed to buy something. When I was ready to buy my shed Bill helped me with all my questions and gave me I full print out of my shed and my deposit and Bill said it would take 3 weeks to have it built and delivered. It was right on time.Bill also kept in touch with me on the day and time of delivery. Bill Jr. Called me Saturday morning 7/1/2015 to let me know he was on his way with my shed. On arrival Bill Jr. Got out shook my hand and asked what I thought. I was very pleased with the build of my shed, fast delivery and communication between the owners and I. I would HIGHLY recommend THE SHED GUY. Two thumbs up. Thank you for my amazing new shed.
