This is in regard to my Complaint -ID [redacted] - submitted December Below is a condensed copy of your letter to me about the settlement followed by a copy of my reply I have saved all the other correspondence, including photographs Mr [redacted] has phoned several times since December promising to pay the final $"when I finish this job" The last conversation was on the 23rd of February in response to our call to him He was told that we would no longer wait and gave the deadline of the end of February Mr [redacted] inquired about the sander he left behind - it is still here As photographs of the deck confirm the sanding pad on the machine was barely used and a second pad had never been used We intend to show the pads to the television channel we plan to contact In short I wish to re-file the complaint Sincerely, [redacted] ***
