Paper cut off. I paid for my paper and have receipt with the due date on it. The office people do not know what the business office is doing.
Sep 6, 2019- paid for thru Nov 24. Then the office had a different date. Paper cut off. Every two months it is the same thing with the due dates. I have receipts. If the employee wrote the due dates it should be honored. They do not give or know what they are doing. This has started ever since March 2019. They usually keep the paper coming and I just go to office and they straighten it out, but this time they cut my paper off.
They need to train the workers in the office to know what the home office or billing office know about the accounts. Need to accept what the local office tell the customer about their account. If a mistake is made the customer should not suffer or loose paper because of their mistake.
It appears that Mr. has made payments for only the subscription amount which did not include a statement fee each time the account renews. Mr. was given credit for one of the statement fees in August by one of our reps. Mr. account appears to have stopped and start a few times this year and one of those stops changed the rate per month. The customer service rep that took Mr. last payment would not have realized the rate increased unless she went through the entire account history which is normally not performed when a customer walks in to just make a payment. We will change the rate back to the original rate which was at a lower price. This should save Mr. $11.23 per month. This is almost a 50% savings. We are also modifying how our receipts are written for payments made at our offices to better clarify the subscription dates.
