We have been in constant communication via email with the customer and the issue has been resolved...

Review: Hi,I ordered two acrylic organizers from this company in July 2014. When they arrived they both had some deep scratching. I sent pictures and alerted the company of this. they offered a small discount for the scratches. I was okay keeping the units with the scratches.However once I actually used the units, they weren't working properly. The drawers would stick and wouldn't glide, they would fall out of the grooves and get stuck. I alerted them of this issue sending pictures and videos to the fact. They told me to shuffle the drawers around to see if that would fix the issue. I tried and it still didn't fix the problem. I told them I wanted replacements as these weren't working properly-I had paid a lot of money for them. They told me that I would have to pay the full cost of returning the units. I would have to pay to have them properly packed and sent back to them, once they received them, they would then look into repairing the units or sending items back. However their Return Policy clearly states that they will pay to have damaged and defective items returned to them at no cost to the customer in the US. So I was not okay with them demanding I pay over $100+ to send the units back to them. I'm a single mom of two little children and at that time I had a 2 year old and a 5 month old so I couldn't get away to do that. I explained that to them, and told them that if they sent replacements I would pack these items in those boxes and have it returned to them. I continued to email them for months about my issues,they never replied. I finally emailed them again on March 13, now they are saying they can't do anything since I never alerted them of the issue from the beginning. However I have every email that shows I did. I don't appreciate them ignoring my concerns over&over, delaying the process just so they could get around helping me with the damaged products they sent me. I feel they deliberately ignored my complaints until it was outside of their policy time length.Desired Settlement: I would like for Sherrieblossom to replace both of my damaged items. If they send me two new organizers I will use the box they arrive in to package my defective units and return them. At their cost since their policy clearly states as such. I just want two working units like I thought I was paying for. Their website is sherrieblossom.com however they don't list a address so I had to google it to find state and zip. Thank you,[redacted]
