I have registered for or Shift Network classes during the past two years or so All but one exceeded my expectations and the one that didn’t customer service at Shift Network absolutely helped me change to a different class, apply the appropriate fee to the new class and refund the difference back to me(Had I not wanted to join a different class I would have received a 100% refund!) Every Shift Network employee I have experienced has always been professional, honest, compassionate and helpful I love being online for the live classes for which I register, but if ever I can’t participate live, I know I can watch it later, read the transcript, participate in private FB discussions or email the teacherI love The Shift Network! It offers a variety of highly interesting classes taught by those top notch in their field

I have taken three courses with the Shift Network and listened to many introductory lecturesEach time I was able to learn from teachers that I would have had to travel long distances to see I was able to follow meditations, take journeys into the depths of my psyche and receive initiations into the shamanic way of life Amazingly, the computer was no obstacle to feeling and receiving transmissions from teachers embodying the truths of ancient traditionsAs an addition to the classes, a facebook page was set up each time where students could express any problems they were having and also receive answers from the staffAfter the nightly class there was also the opportunity to be grouped with a few students on the telephone line to discuss the classThere was always something to learn from thisWhen I had a problem receiving one of the recordings, the situation was remedied quicklyThere was a phone number available when I wasn't sure if my payment went through and a woman clarified things for meI have taken classes on healing modalities before these coursesWhat I have learned has deepened my understanding and given me many practices to use in my healing endeavors This knowledge and the demonstrations of it is not written in booksIt has been a privilege to sit and listen to teachers so full of wisdom, steeped in their practice and lovingly imparting their teachings

The course that I took through the Shift network was an excellent balance of theoretical/academic/historical information with experiential practiceThe academic portion was informative and fascinating, while the experiential portion was deeply meaningfulThe question and answer sections added another dimension to the course, and the breakout portion allowed members to have conversations at the end of each class sessionIt was a well-thought-out and designed programI would recommend Shift programs, and hope to sign up for more

While these courses may not be the same as being together in one physical space for a workshop experience, they can be close, realizing huge savings in travel & lodging expensesThese courses also allow one to experience different teachers, and maybe find one that may truly resonate with our individual life experiences & pathFor those who believe in and follow synchronicities, consider that we may have ended up here for a reasonConsider that something very interesting may be available to usAlso, because there are transcripts and recordings for each class, we have the capability to download & individually annotate theses transcript, including relevant notes, ideas, and experiences of our ownIn this way, we just might be writing the script for the next steps on our pathWhen you find the right teacher, at the right time & place — magic can happenUnknowns in our lives can become revealedBut understand, we ourselves are doing this work; each of us has our own homeworkLike the old Zen proverb, "the teacher is only the finger pointing at the moon" and poet Basho's admonition, "seek not the masters of old; instead, seek what they sought."
