The Shingleling Brothers Inc.

My roof is leaking which is suppose to be warrantied for years (the roof is only years) I contacted my builder (*** ***) who stated to call Shingling Brothers they were the company that installed the roof I have left at least - voicemails requesting someone to contact me leaving my information I have emailed times, time I receieved a apply from Jeff that he would be in the area that week and would come an look at the roof that was back in the beginning of July No one ever came out I began emailing and leaving message again and still no response
This leakage has damaged the ceiling of my Master Bathroom and we are unable to fix the damage until the roof is repaired
I find it very unprofessional and poor customer service that a company does not even bother to call the consumer back I understand business get busy However after numerous calls, emails and now over a month later not to receive a response is very poor customer service

I am very pleased with the work completed by the Shingleling Brothers crewThey came on the day and time promised and worked very efficientlyThey did a nice job of cleaning up afterwords as well
