Package brought in to the shipping place in Dec, label created, the shipping place has information *** scanned it, picking it up for delivery to *** in Florida. Promise date January. Now Fwb, never received package yet. Both The Shipping place, and *** have NO FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE PACKAGE TO DATE. NEVER RECEIVED TO DATE
At this time, I have been contacted directly by The Shipping Place regarding complaint ID, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The Shipping place has REIMBURSED for the costs to ship the PACKAGE they LOST, HOWEVER, the PACKAGE was INSURED for $100 for LOSS OF THE PACKAGE DURING SHIPMENT.
NEVER REIMBURSED FOR THE VALUE OF THE PACKAGE WHICH WAS INSURED, VALUED @ $20.
STILL EXPECTING TO BE REIMBURSED THE $20 VALUE OF THE PACKAGE, THAT THE $100 INSURANCE GUARANTEED.
