Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12190818, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Just to conclude, as you seen I'm sure from the emails that I had provided, I was not rude at all in any of those emailsI literally JUST received the shipping label that I have been waiting to get for over a weekI appreciate your quick response and attempt to get this rectifiedI will have this items back to them in the mail todayIf I do not receive the refund within a week, I will be back in touchWe own businesses of our own and would never do this to a customerI hope that they can get a better handle on their interaction with customers to be a successful business.Thank you again, [redacted] ***

Hi, thank you for making us aware of this complaint. The customer emailed us asking to expedite the order prior to placing the order. We let the customer know that each order is made to order ( we print all of our orders in house) and that we would do our best to get it out as soon as possible....

The customer than emailed us to let us know she had purchased the wrong color items. We again let her know that we will do our best to make the change and still get them delivered in time. In between attempting to correct the order for here our production / shipping had shipped out the original order, the order the customer had made. Also to note, since we print each item as orders come in we do not accept cancelations, making the change was done as a courtesy. We recently informed the customer that we can issue a refund once we receive the items back, we cannot issue a refund until we have them. We also sent a return label, paying for shipping which we dont normally due considering we essentially sent what was ordered and the issue was not our mistake. Currently a RMA has been issued and the customer has a pre paid label to send back the items. Once they are in route and confirmed we will issue the refund. The customer is not always right unfortunately. We did our best to resolve the issue considering how rude the customer was from the beginning.Did our best to fix the mistake that was made when the initial order was placed .need any further info from us, please let us knowthanks
