The Shirt Shack

Review: In the month of march my student association (Food Engineering Club at WSU), placed an order for 12 polo shirts with our logo embroided on them. The cost amounted to $266.87, we gave $136 in advance for the order and were told on april 18th they were ready. Unfortunately being the end of the semester no one could go and pick them up, and I had to leave the country on the 27th of that month for two weeks. When I got back I tried to contact them by email, phone, facebook and in person as [redacted] (the employee) had told me their designer had quit and they were not open all the time so I needed to contact them before picking up the shirts to make sure they'll be there.

However I haven't been able to contact anyone and the business has a "for lease" sign now.Desired Settlement: I have a check with the rest of the payment, all I want is the polo shirts we payed for.

Review: My business, the SCAVMA Store, has given The Shirt Shack deposits for orders of multiple items including shirts and sweatshirts. We recently started working with The Shirt Shack, so we paid a lot in set-up fees, which we had discussed a refund for. Prior to The Shirt Shack closing, they had promised us that they would finish our existing order, which we had put a deposit on. We have not received our items nor a refund for the set-up fees and have not been able to get in touch with anyone at The Shirt Shack.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the set-up fees and for the deposits for orders that have not been fulfilled.
