Well, sad to say, but I am really not surprised to get this letter My first instinct was to give this poor misguided woman the address of another repair shop so that my staff would not be subject to her abuseThis woman is flat out lying about the exchange I was sitting right behind [redacted] and listened to the complete exchange and [redacted] was as polite as could be [redacted] tried to explain that heel plates come in certain sizes and they do not make the size she was requestingIf a heel plate is put on a heel that tiny the shoe would be unstable, there was not even enough room on the tip of the heel fora nail [redacted] did offer to cut one down and put it on for her and tried to explain that it is dangerous and not encouragedAs for her claim that we are just trying to make her pay for more heels on these shoes is simply absurd Now, for the belt, her instructions were written down for inches to be cut off When she picked it up she put it around her waist above the belt she was wearing and said we did not cut off enoughWe could plainly see what she was doing (trying to find fault where there was none)We told her we would keep the belt and cut it down more at no further charge and she refused because all she really wanted was not to have to pay for our work [redacted] *** commissioned us to do a job for herWe did an excellent job for her and should be compensated for that job [redacted] should not be rewarded for her abuse to my employee or for taking up your and my time with these accusationsWith that said, I am enclosing a check for you to forward on to her I received emails from this woman after I received your letterl am enclosing them for I believe they speak volumes of what my employee delt with [redacted] (my Irish Southern Bell) and [redacted] (my loving, cannot do enough to help Grandmother) have been with me for more than six yearsThey saw me and my store through breast cancer, chemo, mastectomies, radiation therapy and much moreThey received and continue to receive HIGH Praise from all who meet them I heard the entire exchange with this woman and [redacted] handled her with nothing less than honesty and professionalismI am very proud of her and [redacted] Sincerely [redacted] C.Ped., Pres
