Review: I called the business to obtain paperwork for a gun purchase from some years ago as I am aware that firearm vendors are required to keep records indefinately. I was told they charge a $100 fee for this documentation. Is this legal and/or ethical? My gun was stolen in its case along with the paperwork which is why I need the information (for insurance purposes). The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and basically told me I was irresponsible for not keeping the paperwork without even knowing my circumstances.Desired Settlement: I would like my paperwork free of charge.

Review: I purchased a firearm and payed the amount of $337.00 for a 380 Ruger and background check was denied and they will not tell me why! Nor will they give me a remaining balance of my money back after background check fee tooken out! So basically they took all of my money! Jut wondering is this is legal! I purchase a background check myself and I see nothing prohibiting me from purchasing a firearm! Can they just keep all your money please help me!
