Redline windows has not completed the install for a total house window retrofit in a timely mannerHalf of the project was completed within week of receiving the windows and we are still waiting for the front of our house to have windows installed after weeksIn order to complete the install Redline originally claimed they would expedite the ordering of additional parts and blamed their vendorThe excuses have continued and weeks later we are still with our windows sitting in our back room waiting to be installedCommunication has been poor and the only time we obtain information is when we call redlineWe are so disappointed in their servicePlease do not use Redline Windows!
I called them to put a sun screen back on that fell off during that process it cracked my window so I decided to have a whole new window installed they gave me a discount off the new window because of the broken glass they said the installation will take two hours but it took eight that's not the issue during the first rainstorm the window started to leak inside the house through the window itself not around the frame where it was installed I called them they state that they have emergency service but in reality they do not so they came out to inspect the window said that's what sliding windows do they leak into the track they came out and put some kind of sealer but it still leaks filling up the track that the window slide on to my 25/year old sliding window did not leak at all I feel they should replace the window with one that does not leak or fix the problem
As a representative for a family in Scottsdale I was disappointed with Redline WindowsOn two separate occasions I requested a bid on window repairsThe first time involved a request to replace handles on casement windowsThe second visit months later was to replace a window and some screen doorsEach time I was told that they were unable to provide the work necessary to complete the repairsIt is my belief that this company is misrepresenting themselves as well as their advertised workPlease look at all other companies before speaking to anyone from this fictitious company
My wife and I live in Trilogy at Power Ranch and recently had a gold ball shatter one of our windows We contacted three different companies and Redline was the only one to respond The inspected the broken window, at not cost, and order a new window from the manufacturer They installed the new window They were very responsive to our needs and the technician who made the installation was professional, courteous and cleaned up all the broken glass Excellent experience and would highly recommend this company for any window repairs or replacements *** **
