I ordered online on 12/26/2019. It was supposedly delivered on 12/28/2019 never received package. contacted the store to informed them I never received the package worth $257.00. They told me I had to wait till ups credit them the money its 2/4/20 nothing. Spoke to manager rob 12/31/19 he was rude at this point I asked for replacement but was told that couldn't be possible.Also suggested to go outside to find the package it was my job to take the day off to receive the package its not there responsibility. Spoke to the owner Sam on 1/25/20 he said he will figure out what he can help with offered replacement but at this point i'm very frustrated with the situation. I just want a refund and the owner said he will speak to his business partners never got back to me.

her complain is valid but the mistake and the problem was and still from *** not us we shipped her order right away after she placed it , we tried several times to get answers on how fast the can pay her or us for the lost package and we kept getting the run around , I offered Sefani to replace her order and she refused she didn't the stuff any more , then I told her if *** don't get back with me soon I will extend refund and take the loss and that's what I did on 1/24/2020 we gave her full refund and unfortunately I am still trying to get an answer from *** .
I am sincerely sorry about the inconvenience she had to go throw with the lost package . I hope she is happy now after I gave her the refund and took the loss my self , for any more concerns please email me or call me
