Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not the rude one!!! Lets start over, Nobody gave, or showed me a coupon!!! This is a "RIP OFF" PriceI have had alot of car details over the years and I would "NEVER" pay $or more for only exterior wash and no interior cleaning!!!!!! Rude one He pretty much told me he did not need my business!!!! I am leting all my friends, and anybody thats asking for a referral, not to go there!!!! [redacted] ***Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We advertised and presented a $detail that very clearly includes: HAND WASH, HAND WAX, VACUUM, CLEAN WINDOWS, AND DRESS TIRESThis detail is centered around the exterior of the vehicle with vacuuming carpets as an extra courtestyThis being a coupon price it is a great price and very
popular with our customersWe have many detail packages that would be more comprehensive for the interior of the vehicleWhen I tried explaining this the customer cut me of, was short and rudeI am not going to be bullied with Revdex.com threats on an advertised special into giving something for freeIf he would like to discuss this in a polite manor I would be happy to give him a good deal on a full interior detailMy prices are the lowest in the area and I have better reviews than anyone aroundWe work very hard to satisfy our customersThis customer got a great deal and my employees did a great job on exactly the service representedI wish our interaction went better but there is no customer that is worth being treated rudely byI am the one that expects an apology if he would like anything further from my company
