I ordered Gulliaume Showstoppers for Christmas from TSC as they have guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas if you live in certain major cities & orders are placed by certain datesI placed my order December 9th (well within their time guidelines) which have STILL to be shipped (sitting in Warehouse as of today Saturday December 17th)! I called customer service regarding this, asking if the items will be shipped regular Canada Post or by some faster method as it is now too close to Christmas to receive them by regular Canada post (to business days)They have no clue as to when or how they will be shippedCustomer Service at TSC is very poor and getting worse all the timeThey seem to have a standard script from which they will not varyThis year it appears to be along the lines of "We are very busy...orders can take business days to ship & I see the shipping method on your orders is by regular Canada Post"I then ask "how will I receive them by Christmas as regular Canada Post takes to business days & there are now only business days left before the big day?" They respond with their standard useless answers and I am no further ahead then before I calledl will know better next Christmas to believe their "guaranteed on time delivery" crass and will shop some place else with better customer service

The Shopping Channel is a [redacted] . Want to let all their customers know that when you return something, you not only pay for shipping & handling plus tax on the shipping & handling and an additional five dollars. God forbid you have to return something. They have a good business going. [redacted] .

I wanted to order some replacement pads for tens unitWent on the site the price tie pads were reasonableThe shipping is a [redacted] even with the multi pack discountI have shipped items and I know about the weight affecting the costs but these pads don't weigh muchI think the cost for shipping one set of pads is too muchSo the two items that I wanted to buy at $turned onto a $costYet they can ship a work out machine for free Something doesn't smell right

[redacted] I ordered my [redacted] , the price went down within days, I called and requested a price adjustment as per their policy($150) approx) My [redacted] was not working well within the first week, the blades where not spinning but the piece on the base waswithin 3-weeks that was sorted out and I had a new one in the mail My credit card number changed just before my last payment due ,so I called and gave my new credit card number for my last payment to come off, and asked about the price adjustment, they again said they would adjust the price and it hasn't went through yet I called over times to ask why the payment has not come off my credit card yet, although with the price adjustment the product was technically all paid for Finally I received a notice by mail saying if they did not receive their payment within a certain period of time the account would go to collections, Again every day before and after work I was calling them to ask why the payment hadn't come off my card, I called my credit card company and they said this company -The Shopping Channel has not once tried to take a payment from my cardI phoned again and told them this, by this point I had called over times and put my credit card # into the phone over times By this time I wasn't worried about why I had to make a last payment I was worried it would go to collections, Finally after all the stress and worrying, felt like torture, a lady on the phone said they had been putting it through a different account, not my actual account I forgot to mention somewhere along these phone calls they told me the price was adjusted, however there are several fees added for late payment! Meanwhile it was their fault for the late payment! I requested my file be closed and NEVER want to do business with this place again! [redacted]

Ordered a *** tablet and received June 29th it was defective and returned it June 30th per TSC instructions and shipping label emailed from TSC Took over two months to get credit and they continued to charge my credit card for installments without my authorizationTSC rep had me send it back to supplier CO TSC and I was advised much later that this was incorrect and to track down the parcel myself if I wanted my money back I spent a great deal of time trying to get this matter resolved and it was all TSC's error I called TSC June 30th to ensure that I was returning the item correctly and still had to spend over two months fighting to get my money back Read return policy..they keep the shipping charges too and not 5-days to process credit as stated

I wanted to order some replacement pads for tens unit. Went on the site the price tie pads were reasonable. The shipping is a [redacted] even with the multi pack discount. I have shipped items and I know about the weight affecting the costs but these pads don't weigh much. I think the cost for shipping one set of pads is too much. So the two items that I wanted to buy at $28.00 turned onto a $45.00 cost. Yet they can ship a work out machine for free.
Something doesn't smell right.
