Purchased a bedroom set in July, delivery was on October 1st. One piece came in defective, Julio said it would be replaced after we sent pictures and spoke to his delivery person. Nice pitch they give you in the store that they stand behind their product. Bunch of sales BS. Into the 2nd week still no replacement piece, now they want to have their service guy come in to sand down the piece and refinish! Not acceptable. So they want to pick up the furniture , refinish it and return the same piece. Unfortunaltely Julio lied and said he NEVER said he would order another, I contacted the company of the AMERICAN MADE ( BUY IN AMERICA) manufacturer and they will only deal with the dealer. Buyers beware, read reviews on companies you are thinking of purchasing from.
Thinking Judge Judy as my next form of contact. This co. has to be brought into the public eye for decepting people. Oh and by the way ALL the SALES PEOPLE become STORE MANAGERS as soon as you ask for one.

Julio scheduled our furniture for delivery on December 21 and assured us it was in stock so we will receive it. One day before the delivery, he called and said only one of the items were in stock. We asked him to cancel the order because he couldn’t explain why he thought it was in stock when it wasn’t. He said he would. He didn’t cancel it as it was still charged to our credit card. He said he would take care of it right away, he didn’t. Another manager had to take care of it when we noticed it was not cancelled. He’s extremely dishonest. A poor representation of the company.

PLEASE DO NOT shop at The Show Place Furniture Gallery in Farmingdale, NY (on route 110). Supporting small businesses is very important to me, which was the main reason for choosing this particular store to purchase a new couch in October 2020 p. Today is July 1, 2021, and the sofa we bought is nowhere in sight! Yes, you read that right! 9 months ago! At the time of the purchase, the sales associate stated that, due to Covid, the delivery period would be somewhere between 12-14 weeks. Again, we are in July and we have received nothing! I have called every month like clockwork for a status update, and it is has been the same excuse time after time: "there is a delay... but it will be delivered next month...". They have outright refused to refund our money, and we are at our wits end! Their reviews online are horrendous, and, according to what I read, cheating their customers out of their money is their M.O. This has been happening well before Covid. Meaning, there is no delay related to Covid. It is unbelievable how the store has managed to get away with this behavior and still be in business.Aside from the fact that I have been robbed, the store managers are very rude and have failed to show any type of empathy. My goal today was to avoid anyone else from having to go through this. A formal complaint is on file with the BBB, but I honestly do not think it will rectify a thing.
